Our online platform supports data collection, reporting, and collaboration amongst all members of your team.

Meet the Linniar Team

Dr Lahn Straney is an Epidemiologist and director at Linniar. He has expertise in the development of methods for measuring the quality of care and over 10 years of experience in the aged care sector. He holds a PhD in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University of Queensland and undertook a post-doc in biostatistics at the University of Washington. He holds an adjunct appointment as a Senior Research Fellow at Monash University.

Steve is the Managing Director at Linniar with over 20 years of experience in client service and organisational management. Steve has built a strong profile in the Australian aged care sector. Steve oversees all facets of Linniar’s operations. Through his focus on ensuring all member needs are met, he has led and fast-tracked the development of the program. Steve holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Southern Queensland.

Riona is the Operations Manager at Linniar. With experience in project management and improving data quality, Riona brings a keen interest in improving data literacy across the adult social care sector. Riona's goal at Linniar is to empower providers with their data to improve the outcomes of the people under their care. Riona holds a Bachelor of Social Science, with a major in Statistics from Macquarie University.
